Pingrong Xue, received her bachelor's and master's degree for electronic engineering from one of China's best engineering school. She worked for Motorola as an Integreated Circuit Design Engineer before she changed lanes on her career path. She received her MBA from San Jose State University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant in California.  

Leslie D Ingham graduated from California State University Long Beach in 1970 and immediately began working for one of the Big 8 accounting firms. While there, she became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. After Leaving that firm, she was employed by a publicly listed company as Manager of Financial Reporting. In 1981, she opened her own firm, Leslie D Ingham, CPA
